Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Khelp Financial does not recommend or solicit the purchase or sale of any securities, digital assets, or financial instruments. All indicators, trend readings, scores, regime classifications, backtest results, and research outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. All investment decisions are made solely by the user. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Past performance of any strategy, indicator, model, or backtest does not guarantee or indicate future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and involve substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment.
You may be required to sign in via Google OAuth to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary indicators or models; (b) redistribute, resell, or share your account access with unauthorized parties; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) scrape or programmatically collect data beyond your authorized API limits.
All proprietary indicators (including TPI, TVF, MRDM, and Valuation Z-Score), algorithms, models, and platform content are the intellectual property of Khelp Financial. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business research purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khelp Financial and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
